Account & Data Deletion

Your data, your choice. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account and confirm with your password. On confirmation your account and server-side data (parcels, drawings, waypoints, photos, subscription records) are permanently deleted.

By email

Email support@eywasoft.co.uk with subject “Account Deletion Request”, including your account email and the app name. Requests are completed within 30 days of verification.

Notes

Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 30 (max 90) days before final purge. Cancel any active subscriptions separately via the App Store / Google Play.
