By using Topograf you agree to these terms. Use the app responsibly. The service is provided “as is”. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app unlawfully; reverse engineer or decompile it; use bots/scrapers, automate or overload the service; impersonate others or store unlawful content.

Data accuracy

Parcel, zoning and risk data is informational and does not replace official/legal records. Verify decisions against the official records of the relevant authorities.

AI content

AI-generated assessments are approximations and should not be relied upon as definitive. We do not guarantee their accuracy.

Subscriptions

Some features require paid subscriptions billed via the App Store / Google Play; they auto-renew unless cancelled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or £100.
